Gbenro was excited. Everything was coming together in a tidy knot. Going by what Kunle was telling him, Wole was already excited about working with Bayo to dissolve the marriage. If he played his cards well, he could even be 'there' for Yeside when Wole walked away. It would be sweet revenge to steal some 'show' as well. Wole's phone rang. He quickly hurried to pick up the phone. Who knows if that was Bayo. He had been waiting for Bayo's call.  The Caller ID showed Mr Ahmed, his manager. That was quite strange.  "Good afternoon Wole. How are you doing?" "I'm doing well sir. Thank you" "How is the leave?" Wole was sure he wasn't hearing well. What kind of sick joke was this? "It's fine sir" He even threw in a half-hearted laugh to make it believable. Mr Ahmed's queer sense of humor was legendary. He had a knack for cracking morbid jokes.  "Can you swing by the office today?" Mr. Ahmed sounded so cheerful.
